| Food Policy | |
| We strongly recommend you pet stays on his/her regular diet to avoid an upset stomach. We offer a premium veterinary diet, Royal Canin GI, available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same food at home, at a cost of $3 per day. | |
| Deposit & Cancellation Policies | |
| We require a $25 deposit for all boarding reservations. Deposits are fully refundable with cancellation notice of 7 days. 3-day minimum stay and additional deposit requirements apply to major holidays. A $20 late fee will apply if you pet is picked up after 12pm and you have not booked a Silver or Gold package. Additional $12 charge/night for non-social dogs, as social and non-social dogs require different levels of care and attention. Peak or seasonal rates may apply. | |

| VACCINATION & GUEST POLICIES | |
| Required Canine Vaccinations | |
| At least 48 hours prior to your dog's arrival for any service at City Bark, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, DHPP, Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) and Bordetella. To qualify for group playtime your dog must pass our free evaluation and must be spayed or neutered. | |
| Required Feline Vaccinations | |
| At least 48 hours prior to your cat's arrival for any service at City Bark, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your cat is up to date on Rabies & FVRCP. | |
| Medications | |
| We can administer oral or topical medications for your pet, but not injections. Colorado State Law requires prescription Medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions and reason for use. | |
