Food Policy
We strongly recommend you pet stays on his/her regular diet to avoid an upset stomach. We offer a premium veterinary diet, Royal Canin GI, available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same food at home, at a cost of $1 per day.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
We require a $25 deposit for all boarding reservations. Deposits are fully refundable with cancellation notice of 7 days. 3-day minimum stay and additional deposit requirements apply to major holidays. A $20 late fee will apply if you pet is picked up after 12pm and you have not booked a Silver or Gold package. Additional $12 charge/night for non-social dogs, as social and non-social dogs require different levels of care and attention. Peak or seasonal rates may apply.
